Their passion and enthusiasm for the local creative scene drive them to continuously seek out and share the multitude of talents present in the Chattanooga area. If there is an outlet they want to cover it

Our Story

Founded by local author, poet, scholar, painter, and creative Ewan Whaley, 423Create started as an outlet for him to help highlight the many creative talents he recognized to be quite abundant in the area that not enough people are talking about. While it started as a small passion project, he soon found tons of local support for the project from people just as passionate about Chattanooga and soon gathered not only a following, but a team.

Beginning with close friend Chay, who soon became not only co-writer, but also a visual designer, and business partner before they brought on even more talented and passionate folk into their entourage.
